1. Agreement to Terms

By accesssing or using OdoReach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. OdoReach provides WhatsApp automation tools utilizing the official Meta Business Cloud API.

2. Account Obligations

To use our platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and Community Standards.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Messaging Compliance & Anti-Spam

OdoReach maintains a Zero Markup and Zero Tolerance policy for spam. You agree not to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to users who have not opted-in to receive communications.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  • Impersonate other entities or businesses.
  • Distribute malware or malicious links via WhatsApp.

Violation of these standards will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Billing & Wallet

Subscription fees are billed monthly via Razorpay. Message costs are deducted from your balance based on Meta's official rates. OdoReach does not add any markup to Meta charges. Wallet balances do not expire while your account is active, but are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." OdoReach does not guarantee uninterrupted service, as availability depends on third-party providers including Meta and Supabase. We are not liable for any account bans or number quality downgrades resulting from your messaging practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OdoReach be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
