Data Deletion
1. Data Deletion Policy
In accordance with global data protection standards (including GDPR and Meta Platform Policies), OdoReach provides users with the absolute right to have their personal and business data permanently deleted from our platform upon request.
2. Deletion Request Process
You can request the deletion of your account and data through the following methods:
Dashboard Method
Access the OdoReach admin portal, go to **Settings > Security**, and initiate the permanent account deletion flow.
Go to Dashboard →Email Method
Email our privacy team at **privacy@odoreach.com** from your registered account email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

When a deletion request is processed, the following items are permanently purged within 30 days:
- Personal Identifiers: Your name, business email, and encrypted credentials.
- WhatsApp Integration: Meta Access Tokens, Phone IDs, and WABA IDs.
- Communications: All campaign records, message content, and contact lists.
- Analytics: Delivery logs and performance historical data.
4. Retention Exceptions
Certain payment-related metadata (such as transaction IDs and invoice records) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Indian financial regulatory requirements and audit standards. However, all messaging-related data is completely removed.
5. Meta Platform Integration
Note that deleting your OdoReach account does not automatically delete data stored on Meta's servers. You should manage your WhatsApp Business Account settings directly via the Meta Business Suite for platform-side data removal.
6. Verification Requirements
To protect your security, we may require a 2FA verification or a manual confirmation call before processing a permanent deletion request. This prevents unauthorized removal of business-critical data.
